UAE compliance
Yes. The logic applies Federal Decree-Law No. 33 — 21 days' basic per year for the first 5 years, 30 days thereafter, with resignation reductions and caps. It also supports KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman rules.
Yes. Run a payroll cycle and generate the SIF file for the Wage Protection System, with net payable in AED formatted to 2 decimals.
Yes. Track passport, Emirates ID, work visa, licence and insurance, with automatic status and alerts at 90/60/30/14/7 days before expiry.
Deployment & security
Emirates HRM is self-hosted by default: it runs on your own server and database via Docker, so your data never leaves your infrastructure.
You do, entirely. Because it deploys on your infrastructure, you control access, backups and retention — we have no access to it.
Yes. The platform exposes a JSON / REST API and webhooks for events like leave approval, payroll close and expiring documents. See the documentation for details.

Yes. The interface is bilingual EN/AR, and the portal and app mirror fully to RTL when you switch to Arabic.
